The Barcelona Open is held at the Real Club de Tenis Barcelona in Barcelona, Spain. Being one of the oldest tennis parks in Spain, it’s located in the Pedralbes district.

There are several options to get to the venue. You can take the bus (lines 22, 63, 64, 75, 78 will bring you there). You can also take the metro (the nearest option is the Maria Cristina station, the Green Line number 3). Or you can go by tram (Zona Universitaria is the nearest stop).

Should a match not begin on the planned day or cannot be finished, it will be moved to the next day. Except for matches on Friday (quarterfinals), Saturday (semifinals), and Sunday (finals), tickets from the suspended day are not valid. Matches will be rescheduled for the next morning, and prior tickets will stay valid if play on these days is not at least 60 minutes long.

The Centre Court at the Barcelona Open has a seating capacity of 7,200, and there is a public court with seating for 2,000 spectators.

The matches at the Barcelona Open are played on outdoor clay courts.

The tournament, also known as the Trofeo Conde de Godó, has been held annually since 1953 and is one of the most prestigious clay-court events on the tennis calendar.

The park offers 20 top-class tennis courts (18 clay), a wellness center, a gym, and padel courts, making it one of Europe’s best-equipped tennis clubs. You will also find a restaurant, chill-out zones, and modern facilities for players and visitors alike.

Children under 5 receive free admission when accompanied by an adult. However, they need a ticket to enter Centre Court. The intensity of matches and weather make it important to consider the surroundings for young children.
