FAQ
What type of rugby tickets are available?
At Rugby Ticketing, we offer Scotland Six Nations tickets for home and away games in different categories within the stadiums. We consistently provide you with the best seats available!
Which tickets are accepted at the venue?
The venues prefer PDF tickets on smartphones and tablets, but print-at-home tickets are accepted. If you print tickets numerous times, only the first person to show them will be admitted.
Are seats assigned together for groups?
Yes, Rugby Ticketing seats small groups side-by-side; larger parties may receive split row placements. In case of multiple tickets, you can always contact us directly at info@rugbyticketing.com.
What’s seating like at Murrayfield?
Should a match not begin on the planned day or cannot be finished, it will be moved to the next day. Except for matches on Friday (quarterfinals), Saturday (semifinals), and Sunday (finals), tickets from the suspended day are not valid. Matches will be rescheduled for the next morning, and prior tickets will stay valid if play on these days is not at least 60 minutes long.
How to get to the Murrayfield Stadium?
There are several options to get to the venue:
Tram: Take the Edinburgh Tram and get off at the Murrayfield Stadium stop, which exits right onto Roseburn Street beside the stadium entrance—just a short walk to the entrance.
Train: Arrive at Haymarket Station, then walk around 15–20 minutes or hop on the tram to reach the stadium.
Bus: Use Lothian Buses (like routes 12, 22, 26, or 31) which stop close to the stadium on Corstorphine Road or Westfield Road.
Car: Park at a Park & Ride like Ingliston or Hermiston and take the tram directly to Murrayfield to avoid city traffic.
You can always take a taxi to the venue.
What is the seating capacity of the Murrayfield Stadium?
The Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh has a seating capacity of about 67,144, making it the largest stadium in Scotland and one of the top five stadiums in the United Kingdom in terms of capacity.
How early should I arrive on match day?
Arriving at least ninety minutes before the start of the game is strongly encouraged. The fan zones surrounding Haymarket and Murrayfield, as well as the lines at the train station, open early and are well managed.
