These Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your use of the services provided by Rugby Ticketing. By accessing or using our website (www.rugbyticketing.com) or purchasing tickets through our platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. DEFINITIONS

In these terms and conditions, the terms listed below shall bear the meaning given to them:

  • Rugby Ticketing: a trading name of the private company with limited liability responsible for the sale of rugby event tickets. Rugby Ticketing is the entity through which all transactions are processed and tickets are sold to buyers.
  • Ticket: the admission ticket for an event.
  • Buyer: the person who concludes an agreement with Rugby Ticketing to provide tickets (admission tickets) for matches.
  • Order Process: an electronic confirmation, provided by Rugby Ticketing, of the booking made by the buyer, that is sent by Rugby Ticketing to the email address specified by said buyer or that is issued to said buyer.
  • Event: A tennis match or competition scheduled to be held at a specific date, time, and venue, for which tickets are sold through Rugby Ticketing.
  • Event Date: The scheduled date and time for the rugby event, as set by the event organizer and specified in the ticket description.
  • Booking: The process by which the buyer reserves tickets for an event through the Rugby Ticketing website, including selecting seats, choosing the number of tickets, and confirming payment.
  • Seat Allocation: The assignment of specific seats to a buyer for an event, which may depend on availability and venue configuration. Rugby Ticketing may reserve the right to alter seat allocation if necessary, with appropriate notification to the buyer.
  • Ticket Holder: The person or entity in possession of a valid ticket for an event, either in physical or digital form. The ticket holder must comply with the event’s entry requirements and any additional terms and conditions set by the event organizers.
  • Resale: The act of transferring or selling a rugby ticket to a third party, which may be subject to restrictions or conditions set by Rugby Ticketing or the event organizers.
  • Refund Policy: The terms and conditions regarding the refund of rugby tickets in the event of a canceled or postponed event or other specific circumstances as defined by Rugby Ticketing.
  • Event Organizer: The party responsible for planning, managing, and organizing the rugby event, which may include the tournament organizers, event venue, or third-party promoters.

2. PLACEMENT OF ORDERS

An order is placed by the buyer if:

  • (1) the buyer has specified in the Rugby Ticketing booking procedure which ticket(s) the buyer wishes to receive,
  • (2) the buyer has filled in the other information required,
  • (3) this booking has been received by Rugby Ticketing after it has been sent,
  • (4) if the buyer has passed on all the required information through an e-mail to Rugby Ticketing or, if possible, added the required information to their account.

An order shall be final once Rugby Ticketing has acknowledged receipt of the order by sending an order/booking confirmation, and Rugby Ticketing has received payment from the buyer. Terms and conditions are accepted when the order is final.

3. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

  • It is the responsibility of each tour participant to obtain and carry a valid passport, visa(s) and any other documents required by applicable government regulations.

4. PRICES

  • Reselling is involved in relation to the sale of tickets by Rugby Ticketing.
  • Rugby Ticketing prices will be different from the prices that may be specified on the tickets themselves, and the buyer cannot derive any rights from these prices.
  • All costs are included in Rugby Ticketing prices except for:
    • Service fee
    • Payment costs
    • Shipment costs
    • Rain insurance
  • Prices are expressed in € (Euro) unless otherwise specified.
  • The price is unique for each order and may vary with every order.
  • Rugby Ticketing prices are subject to fluctuations related to the demand for and availability of tickets.
  • The buyer cannot derive any rights from increases or reductions in prices once the buyer has placed an order.
  • The price confirmed to the buyer at the time of ordering will remain the effective price.

5. PAYMENT

  • Payment must be made via a method specified on the Rugby Ticketing website or another method specified by Rugby Ticketing.
  • Payments are verified by an external licensed payment provider. All data is sent through secure servers, and we never obtain, store, or handle any cardholder’s data.
  • Accepted payment methods:
    • Credit card
    • PayPal
    • Bancontact
    • Other specified payment methods
  • All payments will be taken in Euros.

6. DELIVERY OF TICKETS

  • Rugby Ticketing aims to ensure buyers receive tickets at least one to seven (1-7) days prior to the match.
  • eTickets: Delivered free of charge via e-mail to the registered email address (most tennis tickets are eTickets).
  • Shipment and issue shall be at the expense of the buyer.
  • Shipment costs apply to hotel delivery.
  • Tickets are delivered by Courier at the address specified by the buyer unless nobody is available to receive them.
  • Rugby Ticketing is not responsible for the delivery failure due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
  • The buyer must inform Rugby Ticketing of any address change.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be duplicated.
  • The buyer is responsible for bringing their ID if required to show it at the event.
  • Special Delivery Methods: Rugby Ticketing may change the delivery method (e.g., hotel delivery or pick-up point).
  • If tickets are returned due to undelivered packages, the buyer will compensate Rugby Ticketing for the return shipment costs.
  • Rugby Ticketing may opt for a pick-up at a collection point for tickets valued over €1000.

7. TICKETS

  • Tickets may display a name that does not match the buyer’s name.
  • The buyer must follow the instructions provided by the event organizers and authorities.
  • Buyers may not be allowed entry if wearing clothes in support of the opposing team.
  • Ticket categories specified by Rugby Ticketing may not align with categories used by the event organizer.
  • Rugby Ticketing has the right to upgrade tickets without additional costs to the buyer.
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to stay informed about event changes, including schedule adjustments or match relocations.
  • Rugby Ticketing is not responsible for mistakes made by buyers or third parties (e.g., double bookings).
  • If tickets are lost or stolen, they cannot be replaced.
  • Tickets are non-refundable after they have been dispatched, especially eTickets.

8. CONDITIONS OF USE OF E-TICKETS

  • Rugby Ticketing is not responsible for any defects in printing e-Tickets.
  • The e-Ticket must be:
    • Printed in portrait (vertical) on white A4 paper.
    • Printed using an ink or laser printer.
    • Not modified in size.
  • Invalid e-Tickets: Any e-Ticket that is partially printed, contaminated, damaged, or unreadable cannot be accepted.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

  • Rugby Ticketing is not responsible for failures due to events beyond control, including:
    • War
    • Fires
    • Accidents
    • Strikes
    • Virus outbreaks
    • Government measures
    • Weather conditions leading to event cancellation or postponement

10. BUYER GUARANTEE

  • If Rugby Ticketing fails to deliver the correct number of tickets as agreed:
    • The buyer must contact Rugby Ticketing within five (5) days after the expected delivery.
    • A full refund (including shipment costs) will be issued if the issue is not resolved before the event.

11. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Tickets cannot be cancelled less than 1 month before the event.
  • If cancelled more than 1 month before the event, refunds are as follows:
    • More than 5 months before: 40% refund.
    • Between 1–5 months before: 30% refund.
  • Refunds for e-tickets are only available if they have not been dispatched.

12. INTERRUPTION OR POSTPONEMENT DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS

  • If a match is interrupted or postponed due to weather:
    • The match may be rescheduled.
    • Tickets are valid for the rescheduled event if it is played the next day.
    • No refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated by the event organizer.

13. SPECIAL PROVISIONS AND LIABILITY

  • Rugby Ticketing is not liable for damages unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
  • Rugby Ticketing is not liable for third-party errors (e.g., issues with ticket allocation or event cancellations).
  • Any claims against Rugby Ticketing must be made in a timely manner to ensure resolution.

14. INFORMATION FROM AND ABOUT TENNIS TICKETING

  • Rugby Ticketing is not associated with any official point of sale or event organizer.
  • Rugby Ticketing is an independent entity selling tickets issued by the event organizer.
  • Buyers are advised to familiarize themselves with the event organizer’s terms and conditions, as tickets may be canceled by the organizer if resold.

15. AIR TRANSPORTATION

  • Unless indicated otherwise, all of our ticket packages don’t include air travel.

16. VISA

  • Rugby Ticketing is not responsible for organizing or providing information about the necessity for a visa when traveling to the country of the event.

17. FINAL PROVISIONS

  • The buyer agrees to comply with these terms and conditions.
  • Rugby Ticketing reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with amendments becoming effective once published.
