How do I place an order for rugby tickets?
Ordering is easy! Browse our website, select the match or tournament you want to attend, choose your preferred tickets, and complete your order online. Once you’ve successfully placed your order, we’ll confirm it via email and include your booking details.
Can I cancel my rugby ticket order?
Cancellations are only allowed under specific conditions:
- More than 5 months before the event: You may cancel for a refund (up to 40% depending on the cancellation time).
- Between 1-5 months before the event: You may cancel for a refund (up to 30% depending on the cancellation time).
- Less than 1 month before the event: Cancellations are not allowed.
- Wimbledon tickets: Cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

When will I receive my rugby tickets?
We aim to deliver tickets at least 1 to 7 days before the event. Most tickets are eTickets and will be sent via email free of charge. For physical tickets, delivery times may vary, and shipping fees may apply.
What should I do if I haven’t received my rugby tickets?
If your eTickets have not arrived at least 48 hours before the match, please contact our support team. For physical tickets, contact us immediately if you suspect a delay—we’ll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If I order multiple rugby tickets, am I guaranteed to sit next to each other?
Yes! At Rugby Ticketing we guarantee two seats next to each other. If you are looking to order more than two tickets, please contact us directly through the contact form or drop us an email at info@rugbyticketing.wwwnl1-tr2.supercp.com for more information.
Can I resell my rugby tickets?
Rugby Ticketing sells rugby tickets to individuals for personal use only. The resale of rugby tickets may be restricted by the event organizers. If the organizer cancels the rugby ticket due to resale, we cannot be held responsible.
Are there any additional fees for my rugby tickets?
Yes, there may be additional costs, including
- Service Fees
- Shipment Fees (for physical tickets)
These fees will be clearly outlined during the checkout process.
What happens if the event is canceled or postponed?
If the event is canceled or postponed due to reasons such as weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances:
- Event cancellation: According to our Buyer Guarantee, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price, including shipping.
- Postponed event: Your tickets may remain valid for the rescheduled event. However, your eligibility is always subject to the organization of each individual event.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
- The checkout will specify other payment methods.
The price on the rugby tickets is less than I paid, why is that?
As we are a reseller, there are several factors that influence the price you pay. The availability of the rugby tickets, the mode of delivery, and the supply and demand for the tickets determine the selling price. Because of this, prices might change daily, and occasionally the selling price differs from the initial price.
Do I need to bring ID or passport to the event?
Yes, it’s recommended that you bring your ID or passport to the event in case the event organizers require identification to verify your ticket. Rugby Ticketing is not responsible if you are denied access due to the lack of ID or passport.
Can I print my eTicket on any paper?
- If you want to print your eTicket, it must be printed on white A4 paper in portrait orientation using an ink or laser printer. Any partial or damaged prints, or non-paper versions (e.g., on mobile phones or screens), will not be accepted at the event. We always recommend doing this.
- At the majority of the events, it is also possible to show your mobile phone with your rugby ticket displayed. Please ensure your phone is fully charged and the brightness is set to 100.
What if I lost my rugby ticket?
Unfortunately, lost, stolen, or damaged rugby tickets cannot be replaced. Please ensure you store your rugby tickets securely after receiving them.
Can I choose where my (physical) tickets will be delivered?
- Yes, you can specify a delivery address at the time of purchase. For physical tickets, we deliver to the address you provide. If your address changes, please notify us promptly.
- The majority of orders are fulfilled with eTickets, which arrive via email for your convenience.
